Return & Refund Policy

At Rasam-o-Rivaaj, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help. To initiate a return, please contact us via WhatsApp (+92 323 4266875) or Email (support@rasamorivaaj.com).

RETURNS

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

* You received a damaged or defective product.
* You received the wrong item.
* The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

* The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
* The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
* All original tags and packaging must be intact.
* Proof of purchase is required.
* Please email clear photos of the item and your order number to support@rasamorivaaj.com before returning the product.

Non Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

* Change of mind.
* Incorrect size selected by the customer.
* Slight color variations due to screen resolution or lighting.
* Sale, discounted, or promotional items.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

* Refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
* If you paid by bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa, the refund will be sent to the same account whenever possible.
* Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or JazzCash after verification.

Exchange

We only offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving the wrong or damaged product, Rasam-o-Rivaaj will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, they cannot be cancelled.
