Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

* Major Cities: 3 to 5 business days
* Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3 to 7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

* Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or on eligible orders.
* Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your parcel.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unresponsive phone number, additional shipping charges may apply for re delivery.

While we work with trusted courier partners, unexpected delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, Rasam-o-rivaaj ships only within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
