Shipping Policy
Rasam-o-Rivaaj ships within Pakistan only. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation; COD orders may be confirmed by phone first.
Delivery Time: Major cities 3–5 business days, other cities/remote areas 3–7 business days (may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays).
Shipping Charges: Free shipping on select promotions or eligible orders; otherwise charges show at checkout.
Tracking: You'll get a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once shipped.
Please double-check your address and phone number — incorrect details causing failed delivery may lead to extra re-delivery charges. If your order is delayed or lost, contact us and we'll help resolve it.
Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or wrong items — not for change of mind, wrong size selected, minor color variation, or sale items.
To return: Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (+92 323 4266875) or email (support@rasamorivaaj.com) with photos and your order number. Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days after approval, sent back to your original payment method (COD refunds via bank transfer/JazzCash).
Exchanges: Only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to availability.
Return shipping: Free if it's our mistake; otherwise the customer covers it.
Cancellations: Allowed only before dispatch.
